Study participation involves


  • Receiving online treatment for sleep free of charge on your cell phone
  • Completing study assessments periodically

To qualify you need to


  • Do you wish you slept better?
  • Is it hard for you to wake up in the morning?
  • Are you between the ages of 12 and 18?
