We are interested in improving access to and the quality of a sleep health program for adolescents
Study participation involves
- Receiving online treatment for sleep free of charge on your cell phone
- Completing study assessments periodically
To qualify you need to
- Do you wish you slept better?
- Is it hard for you to wake up in the morning?
- Are you between the ages of 12 and 18?
